Providing both design and building services allows us to control cost and quality throughout the project, while creating finely detailed homes and buildings.Job DescriptionDesign Build Intern Architect/Job Captain Full time positionArchitectural and construction support on high end, single family, residential projects and limited small commercial projects. Applicant will work as part of a design build team on most projects.Applicant should have some prior architectural experience, take ownership of their projects, have an interest in construction/design build project delivery and a great attitude.Duties, tasks and skills to include, but not limited to:Assist and eventually lead project design and documentation using REVIT softwareAssist and eventually lead construction field documentation and design coordinationAssist and eventually lead construction work order and change coordination and documentationEffectively and efficiently coordinate with project clients, engineers, contractors and city officialsHave a high level of organizational and communication skillsInterpersonal, problem-solving and decision making skills.Qualifications1-2 year full time min. experience2 year assoc. degree min. 4 year architectural degree preferredExperience with Revit software is requiredAdditional InformationSalary/hourly rate dependent on experience
