What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at KOU Korea BBQ Orem?
This is Junchul Yoon from KOU new location in Orem. I am planning to open new location in Orem on middle of December. I'm going to the area for an interview twice a week. The interview will probably start on November 27. Basically, you must be 21 years old or older, and please check the contents below and apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a server
- Strong guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
