What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Bartender position at KOURY CORPORATION?
The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is now accepting applications for part-time Bartenders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet bar including all liquor, mixes, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
- Perform pre-and post-shift side work (set-up cart, empty ice-bins, securing liquor, etc.).
- Prepare and serve beverages in a prompt and professional manner in accordance with established standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Greet guests pleasantly as they approach the bar.
- Adhere to established pouring standards and drink recipes to provide a consistent product to the guests and to control costs.

Schedule:
- Work hours are 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends as necessary.
