The Role:

As an Analytics Delivery Lead, you’ll be an integral team member within our Enterprise Data & Analytics team who’s goal is to support our business in our data evolution by creating continuous data value and providing solutions that help achieve goals and objectives.  

A successful Analytics Delivery Lead, is a thought leader and problem solver who will utilize their RDBMS, data modeling, integration, and project management knowledge and skills to lead the successful completion and delivery of business use cases, supported by a technical development team, all the way from start to successful completion, including day-to-day details involving technical development, business facing workshops, stakeholder communication and sprint planning.  As an Analytics Delivery Lead, you’ll be customer service focused working collaboratively across technical and non-technical audiences, business units, and geographies to solve complex problems through non-standard solutioning that requires analysis and deductive reasoning. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Document, implement and enforce best practices, development standards across the entire technical landscape 
  
• Experienced in Enterprise data integration/ETL technologies, SAP Hana, Azure Data Lake Gen2, SAP Data Services (BODS) and/or SAP Information Steward experience would be a significant benefit.
  
• Extensive experience in accurately planning and estimating work effort for requirements of all sizes and complexity
  
• Develop strategic capabilities around reuse e.g., business and transformation rule libraries, data quality trending and score carding, etc.
  
• Develop and extend the Enterprise Data & Analytics methodology
  
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Use Case inventory and pipeline.
  
• Works closely with Enterprise Architecture to define, communicate, and document the strategies, patterns, standards, and technologies supporting the enterprise architecture.
  
• Creates conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams as we move from current to future state.
  
• Leads the design and development of use case deliverables based on business requirements.
  
• Leads the ongoing analytics environment assessment to detect critical deficiencies, followed by a roadmap to address issues based on priority
  

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in data science, computer science or another IT discipline
  
• At least 10 years of experience with solution design, build, and architecture that includes analytics, database management and data integration.
  
• In lieu of a B.S. degree at least 14 years of experience with solution design, build, and architecture that includes analytics, database management and data integration.
  

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in high performance materials manufacturing
  

Skills

• Must possess the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.  

• Understanding of the analytics maturity curve and the differences between operational reporting and advanced analytics or prescriptive and descriptive analytics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation 

• Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills 

• Ability to understand the big picture and align the day-to-day activities to support that picture 

• Ability to estimate the time, effort, and impact of use case requirements
