Senior Marketing Manager - Medical Device

The Role:

The Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for regional engagement and commercialization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with regional commercial teams and platform product managers to execute on product releases, including pricing, value proposition creation, sales training, version launches & post launch support.
  

• Track & communicate go to market strategies by region and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  

• Establish strong and consistent communication channels with key stakeholders in the regions.
  

• Monitor and understand the competitive dynamics and key market trends to drive decision making and portfolio strategy.
  

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in product marketing with demonstrated cross functional business acumen.
  

• Medical device marketing required
  

• Competency with working in FDA, regulated environment for product development process preferred.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field; MBA preferred.
  

• Strong customer focus.
  

• Highly-motivated, execution-focused leader with the ability to self-define role and activities necessary for successful product commercialization and integration.
  

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong and effective communication skills.
  

• Excellent command of information/data and the ability to drive decisions.
  

• Organized and proactive with demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Advanced verbal, written and presentation/communications skills.
