JOB DESCRIPTION
KP Staffing is now hiring for a QC Technician for a manufacturing company in Richardson, TX.
STARTING PAY & SCHEDULE
- Starting pay is $16.00
- Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all QC procedures, work instructions and data recording in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System
- Perform thorough examinations of materials and finished products
- Interpret drawings and specifications
- Identifies work as acceptable or reject based on sampling plans and AQL levels, initiates rejection notices, and maintains a written record of the inspection performed and the results.
- Perform physical measurements and document results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree
- Must be able to read/write English
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Good visual acuity and skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate required inspection equipment, such as calipers, comparators, and microscope.
- Solid computer skills including MS Office
- Knowledge of Acceptable Quality Limit (AQC) (desired)
- Quality Management Systems Experience (desired)
- Needs to be self-motivated and be able to work well with others.
