KP Staffing is now hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for several manufacturing companies in Fort Worth!
Job Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility mechanical components and electrical systems. We are looking for individuals who have knowledge repairing electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. These are all full-time positions with companies that offer great benefits!
Schedule, Salary, & Benefits:
1st shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday- Thursday (occasional weekends)
3rd shift 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday- Friday (rotating weekends)
Pay Rate:
Pay rates will range from $18.00 - $25.00 /hour depending on shift availability and experience.

Essential Job Functions:
- Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures and pipe and electrical systems in the facility.
- Must have basic knowledge of air compressors and pneumatic tools and equipment.
- Set up and use of machining tools such as lathes, grinders, drill presses and milling machines to repair or fabricate parts.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, and twist constantly for the entire shift.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to show up consistently and on time.
- Must possess a good attitude and show up ready to work.
Minimum Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance, relevant experience (preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair), or comparable experience with trade school or training.
- Proficient knowledge in welding, electrical systems, gearboxes, and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature, and pressure gauges.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Basic computer use, knowledge, and skills.
- Vaccinations not required.
