KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Chief of Staff to join our Talent Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee day-to-day operations of the Talent Development team and seek to identify opportunities to increase effectiveness, optimize team operations and communications
  • Increase effectiveness of communication, information flows and decision processes within the Talent Development team and implement ways to increase team operational efficiency, productivity, and impact
  • Lead and coordinate priority special projects within the Talent Development team which often requires collaboration and integration within and across the broader Workforce Shaping team and overall, Talent and Culture organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in Talent Development, Human Resources, or Workforce Shaping in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must have strong project management and organization skills, be organized and disciplined with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight timelines, attention to detail; ability to deliver results in a constant moving environment
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to draft and refine messages, tailor them to specific audiences, distill complex topics, apply discernment and operate with highest levels of confidentiality for nuanced and sensitive talent-related subject matter
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly and influence without formal authority; strong collaboration and relationship management with ability to work across multiple team leads/perspectives to reach an aligned outcome
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and delivery; able to manage ideas through to execution in scalable and repeatable ways
