KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our Learning & Development Audit organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and creation of numerous learning assets for the KPMG Audit Learning and Development team
- Be responsible for the forecasting, upkeep, reconciliations, and general oversight of assigned curriculums and program budgets
- Maintain all systems related to project governance and financial control in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in identifying and facilitating the creation of essential project documentation including scoping documents, design solutions, technical specifications, and change documentation; lead and communicate proactively with stakeholders, project teams, and management about project issues and progress
- Provide general status and business reporting to our internal client which include but are not limited to tasks lists, asset status reports, financial reports, among others
- Apply PMBOK Guide frameworks and PMI standards to improve project outcomes; learn the workflows and processes associated with learning asset development to effectively direct the work of project teams, content developers, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent solid project management experience within a learning and development organization
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- PMP certification required
- Must be a confident leader with a solid understanding of PMI principles for project management
- Have a general understanding of learning and development, instructional design, and adult learning theory
- Successful experience building strong, professional working relationships with internal clients, external vendors, and project teams
