KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Creative Services to join our National Business Process Group.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level creative and complex design materials for executive leadership and design projects with national visibility including the development of executive-level marketing and communication materials such as brochures, proposals, fact sheets, packaging, logos, direct mail, corporate event materials, signage, and other collateral
- Create and present creative briefs along with designs and creative concepts to internal clients
- Engage in internal client meetings and contributes by positioning design as a strategic differentiator; collaborate and influence to establish design and production expectations for large and complex projects
- Direct art and design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design support resources
- Work alongside KPMG consultants and other creatives to deliver exemplary client experiences and lead high-energy ideation sessions with internal teams and clients that spur new thinking
- Participate in creative brief development, concept development and creative execution and oversee quality of all creative materials and present and defend concepts, creative strategies and creative rationales to client that inspires trust and drives approval
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in graphic design, art direction, creative services with a strong portfolio showcasing a passion for changing stakeholder thinking and behavior through creative strategies and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from accredited college or university
- Passionate about presenting concepts and driving new business with C Level executives
- Proven experience successfully leading and executing creative campaigns and experience with internal communications, business transformation, change management a plus
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, InDesign. and Photoshop
- Excellent story development and storytelling skills (oral, written, and visual communication) with the ability to inspire, educate, persuade, and receive feedback in a professional manner; must be proficient in working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

San Diego / Sacramento / Irvine Salary Range: Low: $73000 - High: $128500
Albany Salary Range: Low: $69500 - High: $122400
