KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Offshore Operations to join our National Pursuits organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Key point of daily contact for our offshore teams working on new business proposals and pursuits with engagement teams across the US; serve as an escalation point for resolution of service issues (over the pursuit and self-service support teams offshore)
  • Work closely with team and vendor leadership to ensure KPIs are met, SLAs are maintained, and operating procedures are in compliance
  • Support efforts to ensure our vendor partners are properly staffed and trained
  • Impact the firm's success by analyzing and driving operational efficiency in offshore vendor operations and processes
  • Help oversee offshore team involvement in other projects, such as automations, and others
  • Participate in onshore team projects that support business pursuits and pursuit activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent demonstrated vendor management, project management, proposal/pursuit management, or marketing experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues; highly motivated and analytical
  • Able to work smoothly with all offshore team stakeholders as well as individual pursuit team stakeholders, including partners, engagement team members, editorial and graphics professionals; ability to think strategically to pursue operational efficiency and drive projects to successful conclusion with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong communication, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Salary : $60,600 - $108,100
