KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Operations and Central Compliance to join our Central Compliance organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review third party requests for completeness and determine if additional follow-up is necessary and, if so, obtain the supplemental or clarifying information
  • Coordinate and work independently with engagement partners / project sponsors to obtain additional information as needed to reach conclusions
  • Review services to be rendered by entities and individuals to determine type of services to be provided to determine the relevant compliance requirements
  • Update master vendor data, including for third party entities and individuals; summarize content updates and corrections to systems
  • Reconcile system reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Liaise with the team executing the compliance requirements to avoid any disconnects in information and understanding; assist in maintaining a complete and accurate list of Audit contractors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of recent auditing experience within a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Accounting; or college degree combined with prior internship or work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; flexible and adaptable team player
  • Ability to work additional hours and travel as needed
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), for example.

California Salary Range: Low: $66700 - High: $132400

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $63600 - High: $113500

Albany Salary Range: Low: $60600 - High: $108100

New York City Salary Range: Low: $69700 - High: $124300

Seattle Salary Range: Low: $66700 - High: $118900
