KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Process & Operations Management to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with members of the IT Security Assessment team to schedule, monitor and report on daily activities and key milestones within all phases of the Security Review Process (SRP)
- Perform project management duties, including developing and managing detailed project work plans, assigning resources and reporting status
- Mine data from multiple data sources, correlate data, spot trends, and recognize emerging issues; develop and maintain Management reporting requirements; summarize SRP data in PowerBI dashboards or other reports and present it to multiple stakeholders such as Senior Executives, QC Leads, SRMs, or other stakeholders
- Document and escalate noncompliance issues; help identify lessons learned that could improve processes for future projects
- Maintain and drive continuous improvement of a repository (Kiki/SharePoint) of QC/SRP methodologies, processes, procedures, work products, job aids, and standards which all Security Assessment team will reference
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting Portfolio Management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and complex formulas
- Experience using Microsoft Project and PowerBI software is preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
