KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement & Support to join our Tax organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support Tax's adoption and sustainment of KPMG's CRM (Salesforce) technology aligning to the firm's strategy across multiple workgroups and workstreams
- Prepare data analytics and reporting to assess metrics to increase user adoption
- Develop reporting and dashboards to address business needs across multiple groups of leaders across the practice
- Act as a subject matter professional on digital adoption capabilities, enhancements, analytics, and AI capabilities
- Liaise with professionals to identify and improve user adoption and develop real-time coaching and training
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience, preferably in an environment that has implemented CRM
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university; business or information systems preferred
- Experience in supporting CRM content and training with stakeholders and end-users
- Strong project management experience and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Data, reporting, and analytics experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com / SaaS preferred
- Ability to excel on a dynamic team with limited supervision; capacity to team with stakeholders across the United States in a hybrid work environment
- Some travel required for internal meetings and training
