Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Requirements
- Cleaning & Organization – Hot case and grill areas are kept clean and clutter free.
- Cook to Order – Meals are prepared as ordered if required by position.
- Fast & Friendly Service – Engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Line Cooking – Line cooks in back are preparing product as needed.
- Order Filling – Special orders are being filled.
- Set Case – Hot Case is full and fresh by 11 am is required by position.
- Follow POG’s & Merch Plans – Read and understand all Plan-o-grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week.
- Outgoing – Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.
- Product Knowledge – Knowledgeable about all of the products in the hot case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.
- Recipe Knowledge – Able to prepare meals per production guidelines and recipes.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 .
- 1 to 2 years Deli/Restaurant experience preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Salary : $20,700 - $26,200
