Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Manager to oversee our OB/GYN Physician Office customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient call handling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of call center representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to optimize operational efficiency
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
-Epic Experience

-Prior experience in physician office call center/front desk environment (OB/GYN Preferred)

-Strong leadership and supervisory skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively and make sound decisions

-Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
