Internal Accounting Supervisor
A day in the life:
You love to:
- Guide all operation of the internal accounting department including accounts payable, billing and collections
- Prepare monthly bank account reconciliation
- Maintain general ledger and daily cash management
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage and maintain practice management systems
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Handle special projects and tasks as needed
- Assist in year-end closing process
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years of applicable professional service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of Great Plains and QuickBooks preferred
- Knowledge or willing to learn SQL
- Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external clients
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timeliness through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
