A day in the life
You love to:
- Handle photocopying and scan document requests, including binding, assembly and delivery upon completion
- Perform data entry
- Assisting with export of assembly supplies
- Maintain efficient system for documents and files
What you will need:
- Ability to work weekends and evenings, as needed
- Commitment to outstanding client service
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment when needed
- Strong communication and listening skills. Problem resolution skills. Attention to detail: accuracy; timeliness
- Ability to multitask and handle high volume work load
