Committed to excellence, we are currently seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to lead and perform all processes involved in the organization, assessment, and processing of all promotional shipments.

Fulfillment Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and completing check-in procedures for all promotional products and verify quantities of inbound products.
• Complete all fulfillment orders, including online store orders, and create promotional kits, polybagging, pick-n- pack, and stocking inventory as requested/assigned.
• Keep the inbound/outbound work area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Ensure all orders are received by the due date and delivery requirements follow customer requests.
• Manage and maintain client product inventory levels and re-order as needed.
• Ensure quality of inbound shipments; report any damaged, missing or mis-imprinted products and follow procedures to communicate with suppliers and resolve quality issues.
• Perform all administrative tasks associated with fulfillment process, including but not limited to, importing mailing lists to FedEx/UPS for shipping, run reports for ordering and billing, track inbound/outbound shipments, email suppliers for invoices, etc.
• Lead fulfillment department with large orders when additional personnel assist with fulfillment processing.
• Required to drive delivery truck and/or forklift.
• Additional mailing and/or general administrative responsibilities/task may be assigned as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Required to obtain forklift certification.
• Accuracy and attention to detail; maintain a high level of accuracy when verifying counts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clear and concise messages to staff and clients. Ability to write professional, understandable email messages to peers, managers, and clients.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Ability to left overhead and carry boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend over, walk and stand consistently through the workday.
• Organization skills; ability to keep workstations organized, ship and create promotional kits to appeal to clients/customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
