TheCo-op Process Engineerposition exists as a developmental support position for KratonU.S.R&DLab and plant Quality Control teams. The positionwill helpenable product and process innovation in Kraton's flagship commercial manufacturing and pilot plant facilities. Also, the Co-Op process Engineer will Collaborate with several R&D labs in Kraton's global network and with manufacturing personnel to achieve business targets.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Assess and troubleshoot polymer-manufacturing processes using analytical and engineering tools.
- Support pilot- and commercial-scale test runs and provide data analysis and technical recommendations.
- Develop and assess manufacturing processes for new-product development projects.
- Contribute to deployment of research work and improvement of existing processes/products.

- A current undergraduate or graduate-level student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering or related technical field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
