What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Krave Cafe & Grill?

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
Act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their needs
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer the telephone using appropriate etiquette.
Drive sales by providing excellent customer service
Clear, set and reset tables continuously
Deliver orders to tables promptly, refill drinks, keep customers tables clean free of empty dishes/glassware etc...
Maintain cleanliness of the dining space client expectations and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assisting with the tidying of tables and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant from the beginning to the end of each shift
Interact, acknowledge, and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting
Use the point of sale systems to accept payments and process orders for guests
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers
Must have open availability
What We Look For:
Prior experience in a dining environment bartending experience
Must have an outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used in the workplace, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
Must adhere to all company specific safety policies.
Must work cooperatively with other team members.
Must be over 21
Please Note the Following:
A significant portion of the work day requires walking and standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 10-15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch.
Must comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
