Title: Salesforce Business Analyst/ Administrator
Location: Los Angeles, CA/Chicago, IL/Dallas, TX/Remote
Type: Full Time
Job Description:
- 5 years of exp in Salesforce Business Analysis, responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support.
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to collect functional requirements.
- Preparing BRDs and FRDs
- Perform User Acceptance Testing UAT and end-user training
- Preparing user documentation
- Implement support and post-production support
- Must have hands-on experience with SFDC configuration and administration.
- Must have experience transforming current Salesforce applications and designs so that they can scale.
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Report writing skills.
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
