Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate, the product of years of culinary partnership between Chef Gabriel Kreuther and Pastry Chef Marc Aumont, is looking for a shift supervisor to oversee daily service operations and supervise a small team of sales associates.

KHC provides the opportunity work for Chef Marc Aumont, a true chocolate artist who creates inventive chocolates, pastries, and chocolate sculptures rooted in classical French technique and inspired by classic New York flavor combinations. The concept of the shop is simple: only the best quality ingredients and finest craftsmanship served in beautiful, thoughtful packaging.

The right candidate has a love for chocolate, passion for connecting with people, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the team in customer service
  • Supervising small team of sales associates
  • Overseeing service operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Effective communication
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities through focus, determination, and attention to detail with the goal of elevating the customer experience in every interaction.
