Ecommerce Coordinator

In addition to 4 brick & mortar locations, 12 “Tiny House” concept stores, and a robust ecommerce business the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop. KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.

KREWE is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to support the growth and optimization of our website. Positioned to make an impact on day one, the Coordinator’s  responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: product launches, site merchandising, content coordination and product category optimization. Reporting to the  Senior Manager, E-Commerce Merchandising & Content, this position is based in New York at our Meatpacking HQ and requires the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with ease, a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and an intellectual curiosity for ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• As KREWE’s E-Commerce Coordinator your primary responsibilities are to ensure all products are accurately uploaded and displayed across all digital touchpoints. Included but not limited to KREWE.com, Product Feed, and Wholesale B2B platform.
• Coordinate between the photographer and copywriter to ensure product images and copy are ready for upload prior to product launch
• Upload product copy, visual assets and product details to Netsuite
• Merchandise evergreen site collections and edits for digital marketing collateral 
• Provide ongoing support to the E-Commerce Manager and assists in the daily site QA of KREWE.com, ensuring accuracy of pricing, product attributes and stock position
• Ensure filters and on-site search are optimized
• Keep a detailed log of on-model and evergreen imagery on site 
• Upload job descriptions and store information to KREWE.com
• Receive and check in product from photo shoots 
• Assist the E-commerce Manager with merchandising for bi-annual disposition events
• Coordinates with E-commerce Manager to complete competitive analysis presentations
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 years of experience in eCommerce at a retail brand
• Collaborative, communicative, and organized team player, adept at balancing multiple priorities at once
• Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Business Suite, Netsuite and Shopping Feeder experience preferred but not required.
