This role is an integral part of the International Franchise team, supporting priority international markets and marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand evolution and growth across our global network of franchise partners. The role will partner with the greater International Franchise team and local Franchise operators, as well as other team members across both the broader global marketing organization and other cross-functional departments as needed.

The role will own priority marketing relationships within key regions of Latin America and Europe, along with helping to establish a new market onboarding process to seamlessly onboard new partners from a marketing perspective. The role will report into the Director of International Franchise Marketing and Innovation.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As the Manager, International Franchise Marketing at Krispy Kreme this role will be responsible for:

  • Partner with the Director of International Franchise Marketing & Innovation to support building the Krispy Kreme brand identity in new and key markets within the Latin America and Europe regions
  • Responsible for driving understanding and adoption of strategic marketing direction and initiatives across partner markets
  • Support markets in local development and execution of plans that ladder up to holistic marketing strategies- annual marketing calendars, innovation initiatives, & local marketing activation (paid and organic marketing/media that spans in-store, digital, social, etc.)
  • Drive the development and application of marketing support tools and initiatives – i.e. Best Practice Guides, Market specific Insights, Playbooks & Pricing Strategies, etc.
  • Ongoing recap, analysis and evaluation of programs and plans to ensure markets are meeting or exceeding marketing KPI’s and goals
  • Team lead for the marketing onboarding of new partner markets - responsible for establishing and driving marketing onboarding process
  • New market onboarding process development will focus on establishing structure and roadmaps for key marketing onboarding initiatives inclusive of: marketing staffing, core menu ranges, agency onboarding selection process, opening plans and activations, etc.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • 7 years of marketing experience, preferably a few years on a global scale with a focus on franchise/partner/account marketing
  • New market onboarding/opening experience a plus
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing and guiding key and senior level stakeholders
  • Innate ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for details, without losing sight of the big picture
  • Highly self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that can be adapted for audiences at all levels across the organization
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
  • ?Some travel required
