HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

For the VP of US Operations:

  • Maintain accurate calendar with regard for USLT, Steering Committee(s), and Operations commitments; manage all incoming requests
  • Coordinate large scale events like All Hands Calls, engagement activities
  • Establish effective communication cadence to keep VP’s priorities top of mind
  • Coordinate all travel
  • Process all expenses
  • Interact with both Suppliers, Franchisees and KK staff
  • Prepare vendor invoices submittal forms with proper management sign off
  • Assist with editing of documents and presentations; collaborate on large scale communications, presentations for Operations
  • Order supplies (office, other); stock areas as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

For the Divisional VPs of US Operations:

  • Process all expenses
  • Coordinate all travel
  • Keep calendar aligned with Ops commitments, set recurring meetings as directed, handle conflicts
  • Establish effective communication cadence to keep each Divisional VP’s priorities top of mind

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of displaying strong self-motivation and sound decision-making ability
  • PC literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet business needs
  • Work in office minimum of three days per week
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm
  • All positions must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Five to seven years of experience in an administrative support role preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting up to as much as 20 pounds occasionally; generally sedentary
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be able to file documents

Visual/Audible Acuity Requirements

  • Must be able to read and distinguish small print.
