What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Baker/Doughnut Production (306) position at Krispy Kreme?

The Doughnut Machine Operator (aka Doughnut Maker!) will be responsible for the preparation and production line of our sweet treats!
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operational line inspection (equipment is working properly and setup correctly).
- Complete timely setups of ingredients by accurately reading formula cards.
- Review and follow production schedule and work orders.
- Achieve productivity goals, and record product quality and costumer specification verifications on work orders.
- Monitor process and product appearance and make product changes, when necessary.
- Actively assist with minimizing raw material waste during production and non-production activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and support preventative maintenance activities to reduce equipment issues and forced production stoppages.
- Actively leads quality by good work habits, proactive participation in machine operation and efficiency enhancements, and in quality food safety programs.
- Clean and store equipment, raw materials and utensils, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the position (standing for long periods, regularly lifting 40lbs, lifting up to 70lbs on occasion, etc.).
- Basic math, reading and communication skills.
- At least 18 years old or older
