Licensed Property Management Administrative Assistant

KRK Management/Real Estate Solutions of Alaska is recruiting for a Licensed Property Management Administrative Assistant. Applicants must be organized, reliable and able to work independently. Strong customer service skills a must!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Receive tenant payments and provide receipts
  • Enter tenant work orders
  • Prepare notices for leasing agents
  • Deliver tenant notices as needed
  • Retrieve and process incoming mail
  • Other miscellaneous office duties

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience (Property Management experience a plus!)
  • Must have an active Alaska Real Estate License or be able to get one within 120 days of hire.
  • Computer experience including Microsoft Office 365. Yardi and Appfolio experience a plus!

Compensation:

  • Compensation DOE and license status.
  • Available benefits include paid time off, medical/vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match and voluntary benefits including short-term disability, accident, cancer and critical illness insurance.
