Nature of Work:
Responsible for Network(s) content episodic scheduling, distribution, programming data, programming delivery, contract compliance review, communicating information internally and externally to program suppliers and TV listings services.
Examples of work performed:
- Schedule, distribute, and monitor assigned content episodic schedules.
- Update and distribute weekly and quarterly content Run Reports, EPGs, and Delivery Reports for all networks.
- Input contract data into content database and pull data specific reports as requested.
- Maintaining and inputting program data and running reports as requested.
- Review and assist with compliance regarding program contract obligations.
- Understand the scheduling process.
- Recommend episode schedule placement and replacement strategies.
- Generate and issue program schedule changes as needed.
- Point of Contact with program suppliers/producers on program run orders, descriptions, and company contact info.
- Point of Contact for the TV Listing Services regarding weekly schedules, TV Guide images, and schedule discrepancies.
- Communicate with Operations, channel manager(s), on program deliveries, episode schedule, discrepancies, make-goods, etc.
- Provide programming updates and support to all other departments as needed – Affiliate Relations, Operations, Traffic, On Air Promos, Marketing, Digital and Business Affairs.
- Communicate with business affairs on scheduled airtimes for programming contracts.
- Submit and track research requests as needed.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Software proficiency database management.
- High database acumen.
- Writing and editing skills.

- Adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
- Preferred
- Television experience and/or knowledge, as well as a high interest of the media landscape.
- Ability to communicate successfully at all levels within the company as well as with external content partners, distributors, clients, etc.
- Knowledge of Hunting, Fishing, Outdoor Adventure Lifestyle a plus.
- Experience with MEDIAGENIX, Wide Orbit and/or other scheduling/rights management systems a plus.
- Understanding of content metadata requirements.
- Understanding of Audience ratings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation
- Base Hourly Range $23.08 - $26.44 per hour
