We are looking for a candidate with HR experience capable of monitoring 3-4 locations for all of the below
-Recruiting/hiring for hourly and key store positions
-Conducting interviews/making hiring decisions
-Conduct friendly/welcoming group onboardings to make the associates first day(s) experience inviting
-Focus on retention of current employees
-Able to work in partnership with store leadership to maintain staffing goals
-Ability to travel between locations is a must
