Position Summary
Accountable for leading activities that create deliverables to guide the direction, development, and delivery of technological responses to strategic business outcomes. Provide facilitation, analysis and documentation of tasks required for the development of a coherent information architecture, focusing on data as an asset for the enterprise. Document and communicate current and future state data landscapes, including dependencies and integration points. This work will cross programs, products and business domains to drive the evolution of our information landscape across the enterprise, including direct collaboration with 84.51. Essential Job Functions
Drive the development and communication of data strategy and roadmaps across the organization to support the business strategyProvide technical leadership to ensure clarity in data-driven outcomes between ongoing projects, programs and products, including work efforts at 84.51Communicate the benefits of data reuse and work to establish and communicate the single source of truth for core information assets and metricsCollaborate with program and product teams to define and document high-level implementation plansIdentify and document pending disruption from modernization initiatives in data integration, analytics, and reportingCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define data principles, patterns, processes and practicesDocument data domain knowledge in the ServiceNow and Krogerpedia for referenceDraft and review architectural diagrams, entity diagrams, data flows and other reference documentsEstablish data sharing practices and participate in the Data Sharing Governance CouncilEnsure solution architects adhere to enterprise and information architecture standards (functional, non-functional, documentation)Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related field10 years leadership experience in enterprise architecture or data-driven solution developmentAny experience in cloud-built solutionsAny experience in data solutions including system integration, science or business intelligenceAny project / product solution architecture experienceExcellent oral/written communication skillsCapability in information management, SDLC, IT services, infrastructure, operations and EA frameworksKnowledge across business domains (Supply Chain, Experience, Merchandising, etc)Understanding of application developmentAbility to align long-term and short-term perspectives of situations and product roadmapsAbility to partner with senior leadership positionsSuccess with collaboration with business colleagues and technical and non-technical leadershipKnowledge of industry trends and industry competition
