Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of food service and restaurant industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and garnishing beverages
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to handle food items when necessary
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
