Job Description
The project will be focused on executing contracts for a new program that we will be launching and will require a detail orientated administrator to help drive this project. The selected candidate will report to the Global Channel Marketing Leader and will be an integral part of this project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals • Assist and manage with contracts execution and signature follow up • Assist with contract terminations where necessary • Coordinating with internal staff on contract follow ups and signatures • Assist with other administrative tasks - including but not limited to data entry or asset indexing • Project Management • Create process and documentation for this project YOU MUST HAVE • Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting OR Associate with 5 years is okay • 0-2 years of experience WE VALUE CANDIDATES WITH • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills to track of all the project details including the deadlines, and other important information • Good time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Experience with LEAP • Experience with DocuSign
