We manage an active 250-unit apartment community in Chesterfield County, and we're seeking a dynamic Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This position offers stable hours (Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends!) in a professional environment.

Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager, your attention to detail and ability to connect with customers to provide exceptional service will make you an asset to our community and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing: Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, including showing apartments and coordinating the lease.
• File Maintenance: Maintain organized records for the property, ensuring strict compliance with guidelines.
• Rent Collection: Ensure timely and accurate rent collection and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Work Order Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests from residents, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Bilingual Communication: Interact with residents and prospects fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
