Through phone calls, emails and direct customer contact, the Customer Experience Representative (CER) manages the flow of job-related documentation from its initial creation to final disposition following completion of a job. This work is carried out through contact with potential customers, established customers and working closely with internal sales associates and production personnel.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Book initial appointments with clients and assign to the appropriate associate.
- Enter and maintain job related information in AccuLynx
- Create initial customer/job folders and maintain, check and verify all ongoing job-related paperwork in folder
- Responsible for making all follow-up calls to assure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Track all repair calls and completion of needed repairs
- Other related duties that may be assigned
Requirements

- Proficient in MS Office
