We have over 50 years of combined experience managing condominiums and home owners' associations; we currently manage over 100 Associations in Southeast Michigan.
The Community Association Manager role provides oversight of all operational and financial aspects of our residential communities. The main duties of the role include:
- Conduct Meetings – meet with vendors, community members, and the Board of Directors; prepare and distribute management reports and meeting agendas
- Alleviate pressure on the Board of Directors – perform routine property inspections to identify violations of governing documents and rules
- Advise – ensure Board members are equipped to make decisions that are in the best interest of the community
- Budget and Finance - oversee expenditures, budget creation, monitor payables and receivables
- Records - collect and organize all documentation related to Association operations including records, documents, and correspondence
- Vendor Management - coordinate bidding process, present the Board with the results, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure completion of approved scope of work
- Maintenance - general supervision of the maintenance of all common areas, keeping records of maintenance, ensure prompt compliance with any and all laws
The ideal candidate must be an excellent leader, possess strong organizational skills, adhere to all standard operating procedures, be able to be create solutions and problem solve, and follow-through on multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, flexible, possess excellent communication skills, proficient in various software applications, and have a passion for exceptional customer service while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
The individual must allocate his/her time between the management office and the properties they manage to ensure that the highest standards of maintenance and continuity are present.
We do not manage Co-ops or apartments, only community associations such as condos and homeowner associations.
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
