As a Loan Production Assistant you will provide exceptional service to our clients and your team members primarily offering support to our Loan Production Team. You will establish and maintain effective business relationships with our clients, outside vendors and other team members, and by providing exceptional support to our Commercial Lending team, you will also enjoy a unique opportunity to learn the business of commercial banking.

Job Responsibilities: Images appropriate front end documentation adhering to company guidelines Processes loan payments, loan draws, payoffs, etc. Inputs data in to our commercial lending software Assists with the Bank's business credit card program Assist the Commercial Lenders with appraisal ordering, engagement and status monitoring Manage and Maintain the banks collateral vault and records Help to promote a positive work environment by working as a team to ensure that all loans packages and bookings are completed in a timely manner to meet our deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Participate in a collaborative team environment by sharing your knowledge and experience with other team members Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education - High School Diploma or GED required Experience - Prior experience in a financial institution or loan related field is not required but preferred Skills - An intermediate level of computer proficiency and literacy Abilities - Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail Skills - Basic math skills required Skills - Dependability, adaptability, drive and initiative are essential Skills - Solid internal/external customer service abilities and communication skills Abilities - Ability to make sound quick decisions on your own and in a team environment Abilities - Ability to prioritize and multi-task are critical Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to speak and listen clearly both in person and on the phone
Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy
Lifts up to 20 lbs. occasionally
