Grower

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and care for cannabis plants
- Monitor plant growth and health, and make adjustments as needed
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and mix fertilizers and other plant nutrients
- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used in cannabis cultivation
- Use hand tools to prune, trim, and shape plants
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of plants and equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience in horticulture is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques
- Familiarity with mechanical equipment used in cannabis production
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing

This role requires a passion for plants and the ability to work indoors. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
