MATERIAL HANDLER
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and computer literate to work in our Stockroom/Supermarket area. This person should be willing to take initiative and perform tasks with minimum supervision. They must be a team player who is able to prioritize and multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use flight board to pick material for production orders
- Perform hourly tugger route to move material around the shop floor
- Manage/monitor inventory levels and locations
- Learn/perform basic computer skills
- Communicate/coordinate with planning group about the flow of jobs/material
- Put away incoming material to the supermarket
- Assist in receiving inspection as needed
- Perform cycle counts
- Operate ultrasonic clean and part marking equipment
- Perform other duties as requested
- Adhere to all safety/quality requirements
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work effectively as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder
- Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
- Receiving experience preferred
- Shipping experience preferred
- Forklift and/or box truck driving experience a plus

Salary: $17.00 per hour
