Kudzu Staffing is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for a facility in Fountain Inn. The ideal candidate will understand:
Responsibilities
- Operation of machinery and equipment by completing PM's on electrical circuits, motoes, pneumatic systems
- Maintain heating, cooling and plumbing systems
- Electrical maintenance
- Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry.
- Reconfigures, installs, positions and remounts modular offices
- Prepares surfaces and paints various equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corosion.
- Orders parts and maintains documentation
- Must be able to work flexibe hours for critical maintenance and repair.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
- 1-2 years exp working in facility maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electrical exp up to 480V
- Ability to work on hot or cold environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
