Our Tempe branch is looking for a new Office Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team. #LI-Onsite
Your Role
Support in tasks pertaining to the site. Organize Office files that pertain to assisting HR, QSHE or CARE and support with delivery of communication.Your Responsibilities
- You will compile, sort, and verify relevant administrative data to ensure it is accurate before order entry and solve potential problems or discrepancies when submitting information to Payroll, potentially auditing out internal HRIS system when needed
- Support staffing agency onboarding, ensuring tasks like badge requests, electronic IDs, and internal program access in granted to new employees
- Distribute training materials to site employees, assisting management in accomplishing safety and other relevant training programs
- Update Excel spreadsheets that pertain to 30, 60, and 90 day onboarding tasks are completed
- You will be our CARE advocate, leading corporate programs at this site to support our employees in a healthy work environment
Your Skills and Experiences
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Comfortable leading small projects related to employee support programs as advised by headquarters
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookups and Pivot Tables are beneficial), especially related to database management
- 1 Years customer service experience
