Sales Specialist
- Kulas LLC – Haslet, TX
- Full-time or Part-time: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
- Expected hours per week: 25 hrs. - 40 hrs. per week and weekends are a must (Trade Show Exhibition/Sales).
- Individual must be able to travel as we do trade shows all over Texas!
Kulas, LLC is a dynamic, fast-growing firearm manufacturer. Even without firearm knowledge, Kulas is willing to train and teach a qualified sales associate. In this position, we offer flexible work schedules (full or part-time) helping sell our products via trade shows, brick & mortar, and shooting events.
Sales Associate Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate who has the ability to learn their product and speak to it from a professional position, the eagerness to continuously learn and build a foundation of knowledge in the firearm industry. The duties and responsibilities of a Kulas Sales Associate includes but are not limited to the following:
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services which include having knowledge of firearms and of their functionality.
- Being able to assertively communicate the uniqueness and quality of Kulas firearms.
- Building product trust relationships with customers.
- Being able to clearly communicate with confidence and clarity.
- Being able to overcome objections, resolve concerns/complaints and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with customers at our showroom and at local/weekend Trade Shows.
- Remaining up to date on current firearms industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Following and achieving Kulas sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Suggesting ways to improve sales (e.g. planning, marketing activities, etc.).
- Work closely with production and sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role (2 years of experience).
- Fair to good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in English (Bilingual – Spanish ).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and, annual sales quotas.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (not to exceed 40hrs).
- Able to travel freely with reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma (minimum).
- Fair to expert knowledge of firearms.
- Successfully pass drug screening/test.
