What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Administrative Assistant position at KumabeHR?
Kumabe HR is partnering with a local real estate company to find a capable Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing all paperwork for owners to join rental programs
- Keep logs of new and existing owners that are in the rental program
- E-mail monthly newsletters, flyers, etc.
- Respond to rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner
- Update rental program documents monthly & quarterly
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills that will enable the completion of tasks on time even with interruptions
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Good customer service skills
