Looking out for reliable,punctual,paying attention to details, able to follow oral instructions,good communication skills and enthusiastic individual.Has to enjoy working with young children. Has to display patience and make a positive impact on young minds. Communicate with parents whenever needed. Training will be provided on the Kumon method of instruction and grading of Math and Reading worksheets. Have to be a quick learner and able to work with 2-3 students at a given time.

Assist with other Center operations such as grading, prepping folders, and be a supportive member on the team. Knowing or doing a little bit of research about Kumon program will be helpful.
