Job Description
Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to on-time project delivery will be essential as our new Digital Project Manager as you guide the prioritization and execution of key tasks across our Marketing & Ecommerce departments. In addition to your project management expertise, your dedication to continuous improvement and adherence to established procedures will contribute to a culture of accountability and success within our organization. What You Will Do:
- Configure and optimize the Jira board to streamline task management across departments
- Act as a Scrum Master for daily standups, estimations, and retrospectives
- Provide actionable insights for decision-making through comprehensive estimations and reports
- Collaborate with Ecommerce Product Owner to prioritize projects and align development efforts with overall goals
- Ensure timely project delivery, holding the team accountable to project expectations
What You Will Bring:
- 2 – 4 years proven experience with software project management, required
- 1 – 3 years previous experience with Agile development, required (CSM status is a plus)
- 2 years previous experience working with Jira, required
- Development / engineering exposure, preferred (experience supporting developers is a plus)
- Self-disciplined and diligent, with a precise and detail-oriented approach
- Task-oriented with strong follow through and adherence to established procedures
What You Will Experience:
- Work is generally performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to: sit for long periods of time; use computer to enter data; use telephone to converse with customers and employees.
- You are regularly required to: perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement, feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands.
- You must be able to occasionally move objects of 15 lbs.
