Key Job Responsibilities

• Gather incoming job information, photos, and enter into NetSuite to create the RMA and case.
• E-mail customer with receipt of asset with picture.
• Source parts, drawings, enter parts orders, and expedite as needed.
• Provide repair replacement when needed.
• Coor d i na t e a l l int e r d e par t men ta l work to wa rd job co m p le t i on wi th i n q u ot e s .
• Manage walk-in traffic for shop location.

• Answer phone calls, follow up on customer experience and log feedback
• Some shipping and receiving duties
• Participate in sales and shop meetings as necessary
• Complete job costing, and invoice once the POD has been returned to Kurz.
• Learn key Shop Supervisor responsibilities to assist in their absence.

Competencies

• High School Diploma is required. Associates degree in related field is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience in an industrial, electro-mechanical, distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment - Organization, Multi-tasking, and prioritizing
