Superintendent

Position Type: Full-Time, 

Annual Salary Range: $65K-80K; Negotiable based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Bi-Monthly On-Call Responsibility: Every 2 months you will be designated to spend a week (Monday-Sunday) on call in case of emergencies. If called, you must be available to act with reasonable time for travel. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally and compassionately with property owners to establish expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Initiate job progress by pulling permits, sourcing subcontractors & laborers, ordering materials, and prioritizing projects.
• Monitor subcontractors and labors progress on work performance to meet job deadlines.
• Schedule and conduct inspections of each job site assigned as needed.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis’ and address any safety violations immediately. 
• Monitor budgets and transparently communicate with customers on variances as they occur.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering a plus!
• 5 years of experience in Residential Construction a plus!
• 2-3 years of experience managing project budgets in the construction/restoration field.
• Requires intermediate computer and technology skillset (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook email, navigating Google, are used daily) 
• General understanding of carpentry, mechanical, engineering, and plumbing processes.
• Possess a valid IICRC Water and Fire Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment (we reimburse!)
