Description
Kuubix Global is a leader in Residential and Commercial Solar Installations as well as Construction and Electrical solutions. We are currently seeking a Crew Lead in Santa Maria, Ca. We are committed to performing quality installations and provide fully custom solutions for homeowners, small and large businesses across the United States.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge and skillset to perform high quality solar installed
- Ability to troubleshoot systems
- Ability to read and understand solar plans
- Knowledge of the current building code
- Drive continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Customer Service and Productivity throughout operations
- Ensure that every member of the crew receives the proper safety training and equipment
- Assure quality of work produced is acceptable and exceeds company standards
- Training and developing install crew members
- Appraise and deliver constructive feedback for crew members
- Time management skills to maintain the day-to-day workload
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide continuous follow up with projects and team members
- Execute customer service standards
- Be knowledgeable of and abide by city and county requirements/ guidelines, as well as OSHA requirements
- Possess a strong commitment to safety
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background test and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be over the age of 22
- 2 or more years’ experience in a solar installation position
- 1 year previous lead experience
LANGUAGE
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management team, clients, customers, etc.
