Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. Duties: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance - Advertise and market available units to attract potential tenants - Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations - Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals - Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing - Address tenant concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with tenants - Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including financial transactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests - Monitor market trends and conduct regular market surveys to determine rental rates - Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality services are provided to the properties - Stay updated on legal requirements and regulations related to property management Experience: - Previous experience in property management or related field is required - Proficient in using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and team members - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management - Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and practices - Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant concerns or disputes - Basic understanding of real estate administrative processes - Sales experience is a plus If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
