Education:
- Bachelor's degree, in Accounting preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
Experience:
- Must have 5 years experience in:
- Financial statement production and review
- Management reporting
- Financial analysis
- Trend identification
- Budget preparation
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Word
- Outlook.
Abilities Required:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers, and external contacts.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Analyze financial data and report variances
- Generate financial management reports
- Complete required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide analysis
- Offer financial recommendations
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets
- Apply GAAP principles to financial statements
- Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
